I agree with you completely that the current version of the attraction isn’t good enough – the fact that science is at all connected to it is a slander on its good name. My stance on the whole science/imagination thing is that they are science is just applied imagination – they’re virtually the same thing, hence why science is involved in the way that it is in the first version of the attraction. As you said, imagination affects everything. I think that the current version tries to set science up as the antithesis of imagination (And frankly, the way that the science is presented stops it from being science at all in my opinion) which I consider to be the wrong stance to take.
